Notices will also be posted outside 4200 N 99th Ave, Phoenix, Arizona 85037, which is open to the public between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday except legal holidays. Such notices will indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting and will include an agenda.
